Please note that our last call for orders is at 10pm and we normally start our closing duties right after this. You are welcome to stay till 11pm as long as you don't mind all the cleaning and mopping happening around you.

We do not have a halal certificate, at least not yet, but this is something that we are looking to actively pursue down the road - the requirements for Halal certification are quite stringent and strict, and for good reason. However, please be rest assured that we do everything we can to source all our raw and dried ingredients, for all our menu items, from industry leading Halal Certified suppliers. A large percentage of our employees, including chefs and cooks, baristas and wait staffs are also Muslims.
Clearly, we do not serve any non halal meats, including pork, and we do not use alcohol in any of our cooking here.

We are not able to host events at the cafe currently as we do we have the capacity for it. The biggest tables we have are for a party of 10 to 12 pax, maximum, and you may book these for a small birthday party, for example. We also sing a birthday song at your request and have a variety of premium sliced cakes to mark the occasion. We do not provide decorations or specialised menu to cater for these events and you will be required to order off our menu.
Actually, we prefer if you just told us directly in person. Not only will it put a smile on our faces, it will also make our day. Of course a follow up with a 5 star rating on google will help others decide to come here as well. You will be helping a small independent cafe like us stay in business and ensure that our employees are able to feed their families as well.

We welcome constructive criticism on-the-spot-on-site and this way you give us the opportunity to turn the experience around into a positive one - you are spending your hard earned money here and we want to ensure that you get what you pay for, a well prepared hot meal, great service, in a cozy and relaxing ambiance. What we find hard to appreciate is when customers tell us that everything is okay when we check in on them (and we try to do this as much and as often as we can) but then go home, login into google and start venting for the world to see. It is frustrating because there is nothing we can do about it given that it's too late by then - you had already wasted your time and money, and would probably never come back. However, if you inform us right there and then, we will do everything we can to ensure that you leave us happier than you could have been had you not told us.
